These Terms and Conditions govern the use of PicFil, an application designed to create private groups and share photos within those groups.
1. General information
By using PicFil, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must stop using the app.
To upload photos, create groups, invite members or share content, you must accept and comply with these terms.
2. Use of PicFil
PicFil allows users to create groups, invite other people, join existing groups, take photos, upload photos, view shared content and manage options related to their groups.
3. Account and profile
To use certain PicFil features, you may need to sign in and complete basic profile information, such as your username, phone number or profile picture.
4. Groups
Groups are shared spaces between their members. By creating or joining a group, you accept that other group members may see the information and photos shared within that group, according to the features available in the app.
5. Photos and shared content
You are responsible for the photos, images, texts, names, profiles and any other content that you upload, share or generate through PicFil. You must not upload or share content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, that promotes hate or violence, that exploits or endangers minors, that includes third-party personal data without authorization, that infringes image rights, privacy, intellectual property or other third-party rights, or that may harm other people or the operation of the service.
You must also not upload intimate or private sexual content of another person without their consent, content that facilitates harassment or unauthorized surveillance, malware, spam, impersonation or material intended to evade security or moderation measures.
6. Reports, blocking and moderation
If you find content, groups, profiles or behavior that you consider illegal, abusive, non-consensual or contrary to these terms, you can report it to development@yapiko.com. When reporting tools are available within PicFil, they should preferably be used from within the app.
We may review reports and take reasonable measures, including removing content, restricting access to photos or groups, removing members, pausing groups, suspending or deleting accounts, preventing new uploads, retaining information needed to investigate an incident or disclosing information to authorities when legally required.
PicFil may offer features to block, remove or restrict members or contacts. If a blocking or reporting feature is not available in a specific version of the app, you can contact support so that we can review the situation.
7. Deletion of groups, members, photos and account
PicFil may offer options to leave groups, remove members, delete photos or delete groups. Some actions may affect other people's access to shared content.
PicFil may also offer an option to delete the account. Account deletion may delete or detach your profile, group memberships, photos uploaded by you and other associated data to the extent provided by the service. Limited information may be retained when necessary for legal, technical, security, abuse prevention or incident resolution reasons.
8. Privacy and personal data
PicFil's Privacy Policy regulates the processing of personal data in more detail.
9. Notifications
PicFil may send you notifications related to relevant activity, such as invitations, new photos, group changes or reminders associated with use of the app.
10. Service availability
We try to keep PicFil stable, but we do not guarantee that the service will be available uninterrupted or free from errors.
11. Prohibited use
You must not use PicFil to access accounts, groups or content without authorization; interfere with the service; extract data through automated means; attempt to bypass security measures; impersonate another person; or distribute malware, spam or harmful content.
12. Intellectual property
PicFil, its brand, design, code, interface and own elements of the app belong to their owners or licensors.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when necessary to reflect changes in the app, legal requirements or service improvements.

15. Language
PicFil may make these terms available in several languages. For the initial launch in Spain, the Spanish version is the reference version. In case of conflict between translations, the Spanish version will prevail unless applicable law requires otherwise.
