Delete account and data
You can delete your account from the app in Settings > Delete account. If you cannot access the app, you can also request deletion by writing to development@yapiko.com.
What to include in the request
- The phone number associated with your PicFil account.
- A sentence stating that you want to delete your account and associated data.
- Any detail that may help us locate your account, if relevant.
What is deleted
Deletion may delete or detach your profile, group memberships, photos uploaded by you, notifications and other data associated with the account to the extent provided by the service.
What may be retained
Limited information may be retained when necessary for legal, technical, security, abuse prevention, backup or incident resolution reasons, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
