Delete account and data

This page lets you request deletion of a PicFil account and its data, or deletion of specific data without closing the account. PicFil is published by YAPIKO SOFTWARE HOUSE, S.L.

Delete the complete account

You can delete your account from the app in Settings > Delete account. If you cannot access the app, request deletion of the account and its associated data here.

If the button does not open your email application, write manually to info@yapiko.com with the subject Delete PicFil account and data.

What to include in the request

• The phone number associated with your PicFil account.
• A sentence stating that you want to delete your account and associated data.
• Any detail that may help us locate your account, if relevant.

Delete data without deleting the account

You can also request deletion of specific data while keeping your account active, for example photos you uploaded or other information associated with your profile. State in the email which data you want deleted and the phone number of your account so that we can verify and process the request.

If the button does not open your email application, write manually to info@yapiko.com with the subject Delete PicFil data without deleting the account.

What is deleted

Deletion may delete or detach your profile, group memberships, photos uploaded by you, notifications and other data associated with the account to the extent provided by the service.

What may be retained

Limited information may be retained when necessary for legal, technical, security, abuse prevention, backup or incident resolution reasons, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable period of time.
